How to get extended warranty on VU TVs?

So... I was getting zero response to my emails which I had been sending them for over two months now.
I decided to write them a letter. Took out prints of the two invoices. Wrote a short message on another page explaining the issue.
Sent it to their headquarter through courier. I actually like typing letters and sending them through courier/speed-post these days now that I have everything in stock (envelops, tape, glue etc.) because of the RTIs and complaints I have been filing with HUDA and other authorities.
It was delivered earlier today.
And I just got a mail from them with the updated invoice.

Update: Never mind. The invoice they sent still does not include the serial number of the TV. So, it's still not done. :banghead:

lol. i would update if they respond to my email. otherwise, i would send them another letter. :\

So it is almost done. I have a soft copy of the invoice with proper serial number and extended warranty information. And they are also sending me a warranty card of some sort through courier.

Good old snail mail worked for me here!

I got two packages from the company today. One has a hard copy of the invoice. The other one has a hard copy of the warranty document. Hopefully this is it!

PS: I should check them for the serial number just to make sure they did not fuck up again :P

The company is still a mess. I never got anything by courier. All I got was an 'invoice' which was initially without a serial number of TV. Got it rectified and they sent me another invoice with the serial number mentioned. No warranty document.

Hope they don't fuck up when a service is needed. I've heard generally positive reviews wrt their service.
