^^^ Yes, all Lumia with X20, X30 are EOL now. Only X50 series (950, 650) and 640XL may get updates. Besides some other brands which doesn't seem to be launched in India.

haha. i have the 550 and 650. still "going strong" for me (because i dont use too many apps etc).

i guess they will kill off lumia soon enough too, most likely my next phone will be an android Moto G5.

this "creators update" should breathe some little new life into current supported phones.

^^^ Oh yes, forgot that you have 550 and 650.
Even my Lumia 830 is also going strong as feature phone, while for apps I moved to Moto Z Play.

Moto G5 is also good phone, almost same config (except display) like my Z Play.

Windows 10 S is Microsoft's answer to Chrome OS

Microsoft is introducing a new version of Windows 10 today: Windows 10 S. It's essentially Microsoft's answer to Chrome OS.
Everything that runs on Windows 10 S is downloaded from the Windows Store.
Windows 10 S will take around 15 seconds to be ready for a student to log in and use for the first time, a faster process than what's currently available on Windows 10 Pro.

So more closed version of Windows 10 it is.
