supposedly you can just remove the filter and clean it/wash it. I couldn't find any good reviews. will go home and research

tbh. no one can predict how a product would behave over a long period of time.
filters in regular purifiers would need multiple replacements through the year (if used every day).
you are paying the cost of the entire product every year as a result.

I personally own MI one though getting more inclined to buy Honeywell next for parents room.
MI is more of gimmick with wifi n app. Thogh only single filter. On 7-8Nov it was showing 600 with no effect running continuously for whole day n night.

The 'good' ones are usually expensive.

Around 10K, Mi & Honeywell come recommended, but then there's their shorter filter life and relatively expensive replacement costs.
