@harry10 @MadAxe - Had the same issue and after few days I recharged for a commercial plan and the very next day my 199 got activated.

My Rs 199 plan is activated, but I am still on migration plan 10 GB left on it.

@Shubham - migration plan I think was introduced for the 199 to activate. Sadly it isn't implemented everywhere if my theory is right.
