Submitted the docs yesterday evening, and I think they started processing it today. Got a call from the sales rep asking for an access code which was sent to my number, shared that.

After an hour or so got an SMS saying installation is scheduled and also got the Excitel username and password.



I was able to login to the My Excitel app and could see the installation status ticket. It asks me to pay the security deposit for the ONT or wireless device. I haven't made the payment yet, will wait. I'm going for the 750 Rs ONU (no need for their wireless router).



So far so good, liked the fact that things are transparent.

Make sure onu has gigabit if you are going for 100mbps plus speeds

@vishalrao Going for 100 mbps, 3 month plan for now.

565x3 plus GST comes to 2000. Additional Rs 750 as ONT security deposit.

I am using excitel broadband 300mbps for 3 months in Bangalore . let me point out my experience so far

• ONU + My own router experience was bad .. i was only getting around 70-80 mbps , later i got their router and speed was coming above 3 months
• support is very bad , they have outsourced the support to the local providers . your tickets will remain opened atleast for a week
• past 15 days i am facing speed issue. upload is above300 mbps but download is only coming around 100

I also managed to get my bsnl wings connection configured in the router along with an analog phone (router has the port
) . I am getting incoming but not able to dial . if anybody can help please let me know

Which router have they given you? Do you mind sharing pics of the whole setup?

Wow in 2k excitel is giving unlocked gigabit ac router with built in onu + voip port. Not bad.
