Morning update : the 10m telephone cable had some continuity issue, got that when checked with a multimeter. Then isolated that part with a telephone connector and extension works well now. So my phone is now in location A. Took another shortest path, so total length now is approx 8m. Thanks all for your moral support..

I had tough time with bsnl nib to enable ipv6 in my router. Im unable to do wfh after reaching Kerala, as ipv6 connectivity is not there. Bsnl nib confirmed that I have ipv6 enabled connection. I changed so many settings.Even after ipv6 status is up, unable to load ipv6 sites. Someone help me with modem configuration. @varkey

@Munir this settings seems to be correct. Have you tried to change the IPV6 DNS to google or cloudflare ?
To get the full potential of IPV6 , its better to keep the ONU in bridge mode and use another dual band gigabit router in PPPOE mode.

I use this with dual stack enabled and all good so far.

@Munir
You have ipv6 and it is enabled by default...
Please check if DHCPV6 is enabled.
DHCPV6 option is enabled for lan today. It asks for start IP Addr and end IP Addr. Do I need to set dns server seperately for ipv6? Please suggest dns for ipv6.

I think bsnl is doing dns hijacks for ipv6. So it doesn't matter which dns u are using it will be replaced by their dns
