Excitel fiber now available - How to know excitel fiber available in the area

Can anyone share his experience of how they came to know about the excitel fiber being actually available in their area?
The excitel fiber page in myexcitel app is showing links to buy Onu devices since Feb end but the LCO and both excitel helpline saying work is still going on and its not available. Helpline guys told that they will contact via SMS and call when the fiber is indeed available in my area in Delhi.
Did anyone of you got notified via SMS or call when fiber was available to your area or it was through some other means?

+ OLT cost is also paid by LCO not Excitel.

Why excitel not following pay on delivery method for Fiber to ease out such problem and query.

Check the network coverage map on Excitel | Ultra-Fast Speed Broadband Internet in Delhi & Hyderabad at the bottom of the page.
You could also fill in the Get Excitel" form to get someone to call you to resolve your queries

That map is old. You guys don't update it often. People are already on ftth in locations where there is no ftth as per your map.

I have done the multiple times, your customer support is useless. You guys wash off your hands even if you burn customer's device with short circuit at the end of your LCO

My archer C50's WAN port got fried because water entered on the device that is hung on the electricity pole illegally by excitel. Actually when this happened soon after we had lockdown otherwise, I have already talked to concerned authorities to tear down their whole network from electricity poles in my whole sector. Once this covid crisis are over your network will be thrown over from our sector.

I see some orange wires layed out in my area. Could this be a fiber wire? Seems it's installed just a day or two back. See attached screenshot for View attachment 2857wire.

Fiber ain't just orange.... but orange definitely is fiber
