Indian Telecom and Electrical Cable Operators still havent heard of Cable Management.
They just see the shortest path and lie the cable even if there`s a volcano in the middle to save money. Such a shame

Faced similar issue, in my area some bses people cut the overhead fiber. Happened 2 days ago, took 5-6 hours to fix.
