Maharashtra: BSNL Bharat Fiber New Plans (30/100/200/300mbps)

What did your local guy do to get your connection up?

No clue, I just called him up and told him about internet down, didn't tell him about the plan change stuff, and he said there are issues right now and that it should be resolved soon
And after 30 mins it was working...
Now I'm getting constant 95Mbps

other servers are not available but ovh cloud showing 65 ping 45 around mbps upload and download while on ipad also same values but upload is around 95-100
thank god i didnt go for fibre premium, it would have been sheer waste of money

I changed the plan to "Fibre Premium" earlier today and I can see 200 Mbps on Internet Speed Test now.

@partymonger @dhirubhai @volcano619 if you go to fuptopup.bsnl.co.in website does it show your new plan usage info now?

For me it is currently showing "NOT FOUND. Reason:No package found with pkgName: HS-H-UPG-300MB-4000G-4MB-GPON-M for subscriber ID:xxx" and my speed test is stuck at 70-80 mbps only while selfcare shows 300 mbps plan is active.

Yes, I'm getting this error, but how come this portal got to know my plan even without me logging in
I guess this would only be sorted out after a couple of days ,tomorrow is a holiday..Babus would be unavailable

many of us are experiencing old speeds even on new plans so it must be happening to lots of people. I think we should wait for a day or two and it will get solved probably on its own.

Plan has changed but the speeds are same for me..I was on 33GBCUL 100Mbps and I'm getting 95Mbps
