How can I rest in peace when my broadband connection is down! There's no peace, only anger. I must register a complaint, which I already did btw.

Today it was down in Shivamogga also ....from 5 Pm to 7Pm ..A cable cut in Karwar itseems . I was wondering why would the connection come from Karwar whereas its supposed to come from Bangalore
The guy told me Smg has around 2000 connections for BSNL fiber

@shashankb Connection To shivamoga is from hosnagara they told & i was getting internet but it was slow ≽ܫ≼

Basically the point is taken from Bangalore actually and splitted as it travels to all the cities in its way
NOC(Network Operations Center) is actually in Bangalore

I login 1 hour before and registered a complaint. It's working fine.
