If you are normal employee, nothing changes!
In fact I am yet to find anything that could have changed to Middle-Class citizen who goes to job and earns Salary of 5~20 Lacs PA in this budget.
Most things are all at very high levels like Sale of PSU, Budget for Rails/Roads, Agriculture. Some changes to Tax rules for Businesses, etc, etc...

TLDR: It is just like any other budget. Smartphones and Fuel will get expensive as usual. Agriculture cess has been used as an excuse to raise prices of random products from textiles to food items. No tax relief. And lots of custom duties raised as usual.

Everyone relax. Nothing to be worried about.

And last but not the least, Govt will be selling almost every PSU.

Just be patient till you turn 75 and then you no longer need to file returns.

Provided that your source is from Pension/Interest I suppose.
