Need Help with new Jio Stb remote

Hi all,

Need help to set up my jio remote to work and universal remote and control tv. Can anyone guide om how to set that up.

This new remote has Netflix and Hotstar button as well

Oh yes it's a new jio remote . For universal feature and to control tv have you enable hdmi CEC function on both jio stb as well as on your tv ? On tv to enable hdmi CEC function the name may be given different for this function like SIMPLINK / anynet+ / BRAVIA Sync etc.

Is your jio stb model is also different? If possible can you share stb picture and its settings?

STB is same as others HDMI CEC works.
I want to know how TV on and off will work

It should work after enabling the hdmi cec on both tv and stb. If its still doesn't work then contact customer support

Haha what a suggestion
I already contacted customer care and people from jio visited my home as well. They said they are not aware how to setup since this is a new remote.
I messaged in this forum so that someone can give me method how to set that up instead of giving suggestion of contacting useless Jio Customer Care
