My device got connected to Band 5 and it showed 20 bandwidth.Does it mean the spectrum got upgraded? Though it only worked for Few minutes.And the DL speed was 30mbps and Ul speed 50mbps constant

Anyone have any info about spectrum deployment in Chhattisgarh? The jio's band 40 PCI is too much fluctuating since 2-3 days and thus speed is unstable and below 300kbps
