I currently have an Excitel connection. The speeds are mostly at par with peered websites (netflix, youtube, Amazon, twitch). However, for my hosted VPS in Europe and Singapore, the speeds max out at 80Mbps. Uploads are slightly better.

Can anyone share their experience with Airtel Fiber?

I also tried Cloudflare WARP but that barely increases the speed, only improves the latency.

I have noticed the same but in general single connection to far away servers. I don't have Airtel but Tata based providers like BSNL and a couple of local ISP...

I raised the issue with one of the local guys and the engineer just pointed me to some tech articles about "bandwidth delay product" and how speeds drop drastically as latency increase which is unavoidable with such physical distance between you and the other side.

I think this is a Indian routing issue, check out the speed on NordVPN SG:

In my experience, LeaseWeb generally has better routing with India but ik ik Hetzner is cheap and unlimited, you can also setup a bouncer/proxy VPS in Singapore for greater speeds

The speeds are better for me with WARP, I'm being connected to London (LHR Airport) though, pings were like 150ms.

I just use different VPNs for speeds. For ur issue i suggest setting up a proxy server in Singapore, way more convenient than connecting to a VPN every time.

Oof, leaseweb is even worse with ~3-4mbps. However with cloudflare warp it's around 30mbps but I guess that defeats the purpose of using leaseweb in the first place.
