Vodafone Missed Call Alert Not working

I had subscribed for Vodafone MCA (Missed Call Alert) but for the past 3 weeks its not working... when i callled CC they said that I need to change the settings in my mobile affer that Visited their outlet,send E-Mails but No use... They are charging 30/= per month without giving the service...
Help Me how to tackle them...

Did you change your call forwarding settings recently? MCI uses call forwarding option to work. Make sure that 'Forward when unreachable' section of call forwarding is set to a number which is circle specific. It's 9820011119 for Mumbai circle. You can get this number from their customer care. If they're not helping, ping them on Twitter. Or you can find this number from someone in your circle who has this service activated.

My settings was same as the above... Today i given one more complaint thru CC... Lets see how it works...

if the service has not worked, make sure you ask for a Refund/Adjustment,
I am pretty sure if it was not activated from their end they would happily adjust the amount,
Voda billing is way to honest when compared with shady providers like Airtel.

You can activate it for Rs. 10 with 30 days validity..

Mr.Amar when i sent the sms the reply says "You are activated for this service " What should i do ?
