Well, I too added 200 - Even though its 7.5% and below my 10% rule - for a similar reason - useful when no offers are there - and/or when paying bills which do not have offers.

I guess it should not matter. But you could have added 200. And see if they give offer from Ganesh Chathurthi tomorrow.
You should also watch out for offers on Bakrid, Gandhi Jayanthi, Diwali, Dusshera etc...
