topup gives you balance in Main Account for talk time while special recharges are other recharges like data usage and tariff voucher..choose special then proceed with amount 838.

Hello Guys can I extend validity through online recharge? I tried Rs 20 with Both Paytm and freecharge but was unsuccessful.
Plans are revised. For validity extend try Rs 21 and see if that works ?
@sameer.kool23 will try that and which site you would recommend to me as Paytm does not recognize this amount gives error of "It seems that amount is not a valid recharge amount at BSNL. Please try again with a different amount"
Paytm doesn't work for me too. I use Freecharge or Mobikwik. Mobikwik should be last option for online recharges so try freecharge first.. do a special recharge and enter amount directly then proceed.

if ur plan is already activate ie Unlimited plan is already active , then everymonth 750 Rs will be deducted automatically
so before the date ensure 750 balance in account , u can get talktime by doing topup
am using this , so i dont do recharge , when there is offer for full talktime or bonus talktime i make topups
if u are from south , then use the genext portal to convert talktime to validity
