@amish , I bought this from @varkey atHuawei & ZTE ONTs (EPON & GPON) , it is as received from him, Unopened and untouched in a pristine condition, this is an item imported from China on a personal level so , it is very unlikely that you will get any support from the company. I am selling this product without any profit , as much as I bought it for.
I am selling this because I was looking to get BSNL ftth for myself but ended up opting for Reliance jio fibre

In regards to compatibility with MTNL, it depends upon the configuration of the OLT , deployed at your MTNL exchange , you should first ask them whether it is GPON or EPON
