Excitel suspended my account (with unproven claim)

I woke up today just to see my internet isn't working, trying to figure out what was wrong, tried to log in to the excitel app just to see my account has been suspended, then I contacted customer care and they said my account is suspended because they reckon I'm using it commercially. I download games from Steam and Blizzard and nowadays games are 100+ GB. Why is this still happening in 2020? ISP should know better.
 
Do you know what was your approximate consumption. As far as I remember they don't bug you until you cross 4-5 TB/month.
 
I have seen usage more than 2 tb myself and they didn't bother. How much data u consumed? They do have algorithm or something in place to check whether any account is being used commercially.

This is shady practice. You can just say UNLIMITED and restrict someone.

Clearly mention UNLIMITED means 3300GB/month like Jio/Airtel.. that our daily caps are 100GB or 150GB.
