Modem without manufacturer name

Hi All,
I need help, recently I got modem from local BSNL franchise, the modem looks like HG323RGW / DBC , but no make mentioned on it,
pictures as show in attached images or you can view @ https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13aZkJeUgcvtT-PtCxxjXtMtKkBy8m-s_
and I am not finding any data of manufacturer, on modem Model number written as TnT-999-DMW, but on technxt.com site no such model i found,
any idea on make and firmware upgrade details etc?
I need this details because of moving forward any issues or concerns or setting changes or configuration or firmware upgrade with latest patches etc,
