Airtel DTH Issue-Video goes off, sound on

Hi, I am facing a weird issue.When we start the tv and setup box, the video goes off after a while. The sound is on. We tried to clean the card many times with a dry cloth and start the set up box. But it starts, stays for few seconds and the video again goes off. Only sound is heard...
