citycom networks pvt ltd

So my college is in Janakpuri , Delhi and has citycom networks pvt ltd broadband. And their speed reaches upto 80-100 Mbps. On searching google it gives the link to spectranet but the spectranet customer care guys say the don't provide internet in Janakpuri. Does anyone knows any local service...
