Building a Hackintosh ~50K

So I want to get a hackintosh build for video editing and want to run Windows side by side for games.I want to dual boot Windows and Mac together. I want it to get 60 FPS on medium to high settings in 1080p and do video editing on fcp. My budget for the hackintosh is under 50k. Any suggestions...
