Issue with DSL-2750U

Weird issue i am facing currently with this modem : Problem : Very high Pings (~3000) after some hours/days depends. Troubleshooting : 1. Connected old VMC AN1020-21 modem and it works perfectly. -> Line ok. Checked db values, everything fine. 2. Gave 2750U to my friend to check at his place...
