Rs.5000 for Installation? Anyone Using NETMAN in gurgaon

Have you heard of NETMAN? called them up. Says they have 1Mbps UL no FUP for 1000 bucks pm. but when I asked for Installation charges. I was shocked he said Rs5000 (NOT 500), what do they do ? bring fiber cable for 1Mbps to my home? NetMan Data Services
