I'm currently on the BBG ULD 545 Broadband plan and wish to change to any of the newer Broadband plans preferably BBG Combo UL 675 (now called 5 GB Plan on BSNL's Broadband plan page)
So I logged on to BSNL SelfCare in order to change my broadband plan, turns out I can't because about 4 months...
i'm trying to add my account on bsnl selfcare, my no. is vodafone. Now bsnl is sending otp on my no. but i haven't received it on my no.
did anyone face this problem? and how to get this situation resolved?
Okay. Here's my bizarre story with BSNL:
I applied for a new landline + broadband connection in October and it was installed within 10 days. Everything went great. I signed up on the selfcare.ndc portal in the meantime. Now this month, when the bill came, I tried paying it online on -CUSTOMER...
