    Hi all, BSNL broadband via ADSL is limited to an upload speed of 0.75mbps. So, I plan to switch to a VDSL plan (no fiber here). I am aware of the plan "BBG Speed Combo 3899 VDSL" that provides 4mbps upload speed. I can't afford that much. :( So, I am looking for the minimal possible VDSL plan...
