There's a feedback function on the app. Tell them this I'm detail and there's a good chance they'll do something about this. Their support is very good.
Warp+ don't do any real priority routes,I have tried, there's almost no real difference.
I myself have tried to take up with Cloudflare support regarding this and all they do is give me the bs of internet routing, BGP and the world we live in.
You can just sit and pray, while Miraculous one day it fixes itself, this is why I have stopped using warp and every other Cloudflare services altogether.
