I am starting coding/dev, Right now with Android Studio on macOS , Is linux worth upgrading(in usability,optimisation, boot time, and other stuff) ?

But the sad part is working printers and many hardware might stop working after version upgrade due to suddenly abandon some component like LSB.

I too love to use Linux, but many of the devices (Printers, phone, Bluetooth dongle...) doesn't work well as it works in Windows.
