my current plan is on 40mbs and router does shows max downstream of 100mbs from DSL line, was using 100mbs plan a year ago later changed to 40mbs for cost reasons now airtel app shows only 40mbs support no matter what higher plan I select.
Called customer care twice couldn't convince them to get the changes made on my broadband number, anyone faced same and got success.?
Mailing appellate team too didn't helped.
