[100MBPS Plan/PS 5] Too low download speed on Wifi 5G, high on 2.4G

I'm facing an issue where download speed on my PS5 on 2.4G is around 10MB, but on 5G wifi it's 500KBPS. Router is just few feet away so there is no issue due to range.

YouTube and other apps works fine on 5G wifi only PS game downloads very slow at around 500KBPS. Tried changing channel but no luck.

Looks like router is done, get a replacement from Airtel. My Huawei router did the same after 5 years.
