20% Discount for Govt/PSU is applicable for EVDO?

Presently BSNL providing 20% Discount on Fixed monthly charges to the customers who are working in Government/PSU. Is the same is applicable to the EVDO Customers? In the BSNL Website it was found that the concession is available to EVDO customer, unfortunately in Salem BSNL authorities rejected our claims?

This is a way the BSNL guys give them selves discount and fuss about it.... the guys in the bsnl office chennai are complete fools. and have no education on their own products and all they can do is to act working.
