with my present isp i am downloading 18-20GB everyday and uploading 10-12GB from link-removed,monthly transfer is above 600GB, and my per GB download cost comes to around 1.93Rs as I pay 1158Rs per month all total for that, so 10-12Rs per GB is a bit higher according to me

What type of ISP License do you currently hold in the name of "Hayai Broadband Private Limited"?
And it is effective from which date?
We don't hold a license in that name. Unfortunately a lot of things didn't go the way I'd hoped, planned or anticipated and we had to buy in to an existing ISP's license, which as of now, is only a class B. We have the LoIs an applications in to migrate to a class-A (which will also change the name on said license to ours) but it won't happen until the new rules come in to effect.

1. This is a TRAI compliant version, which, IMO, is designed to be confusing (not by us, but by them).
2. Let's not post images of PDFs because then if it gets updated... well, you can imagine, surely. Better to link to the PDF directly so that when someone comes across this thread in a year's time, they'll get the tariffs that are applicable at that time
3. This number has been there for quite some time already and has been public knowledge since April last year. It was added to the tariff sheets and contact page because people were asking for a way to get in contact with us (well, more specifically, me).
