3-way call conferencing in BSNL land line

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to use the 3-way call conferencing facility in BSNL landline? I can see it as a listed feature in http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/plus.htm

For call conferencing, visit Commercial officer of your area or Customer Service Centre or visit BSNL Customer Care register and apply for call conferencing facility.

Usage : Party “A” & “B” first enter into conversation in the normal way. Say, “A” is having the facility. For joining in conference with a third party “C”,“A” taps his phone set Hook Switch.“A” gets special dial tone and dials “C”. When “A” & “C” are connected, “A” again taps his Hook Switch, gets special dial tone & dials “3”. “A”, “B” & “C” all three enter into conference.
