301 Signal Not Found

I am Using dishtv since last two years.My Dish antenna is align properly .Now the problem is My stb starts with red light blinking and afterwards it becomes Red and when i again on from the remote it shows 301 Signal not found.I Had called CC they told u have to upgrade the software of stb .after few days it became ok.Now again the same problem .This problem started when Dishtv started showing the ad in which they upgrade our stb when it is off postion(red) .I think during upgrade they spoiled by stb.What to do.Is any one else facing the same problem.?

Well I suggest to you to contact any nearest dishtv Distributor/ Dealer, Or just mail to dishtv customer care.

The STB might be causing the problem as it has been fixed and the problem still persists

I also faced similiar problem. Had called a technician who changed the LNB & STB. Now it's working fine.

Technician visit is charged plus extra charges for LNB.

LNB cost Rs.220 if need to change.
