45 GB limit on Unlimited plans???

HEy does anyone know abt this??....... Is there a new rule that even unlimted plans now have a max download limit of 45GB per month???.................We are currently on the Unlimted 256kbps plan and my dad got a call from TATA saying we have exceeded that limit and our connection cud get disconnected next time around!!!!!

they were actually pretty generous compared to airtel fair usage policy limits. but airtel updated their own limits and now tata seems like a bitch.

i think after sometime isp,s will start new plans- (1) plans with FUP implemented. (2) plans without FUP implemented (more expensive).

heh time warner cable has done that already. as for indian ISPs. they already charge a premium for unlimited plans so that's not going to happen. we have both limited and unlimited plans.
