The router is transmitting both 2.4 Ghz and 5 Ghz frequencies but the Firestick only detects frequencies between 36-48 or 149-165 on 5Ghz.
Those are the only frequencies range that are transmitted by any 5ghz router. No other frequencies are allowed. So your firestick should work no matter what frequency from the above. Check with wifi analyser app about the exact channel that your router is transmitting.

Firestick only supports channels between 36-48 from what i read from several threads and my 5ghz wifi is on channel 60.

Only channels 36-48 and 149-161 (non-DFS) are supported by Firestick. Channels 52-144 are DFS which are not supported.

Then only two options left- restart the router and check on the wifi analyser app until the preferred band is activated and then don't turn it off at all. Other is get a new router if you can.

That is the method i am currently using but it takes 7-8 attempts to get the desired channel.
