only at a client office location I need hotspot, their wifi access is problematic for guest users. So need something that can be connected to laptop and is mobile.

Its weird how any dongle/hotspot options has been discontinued.

If your laptop has a ethernet port, then you can just carry a LAN cable and USB-Ethernet hub. Just connect your mobile (or secondary phone) to the hub then connect the hub to your laptop with a LAN cable and enable ethernet tethering in your mobile.
I use this setup regularly.

Guys does anyone know if jio has enabled sub-6 carrier aggregation 5G for devices which support CA?

Or its only for OnePlus 13 or something for now

Almost every 5G phone from Redmi 12 to iPhone 16PM supports Jio's 28-78 CA. Oppo scammed people with 5GA shit which doesn't exist here
