A Tower company has approached a Residential Cooperative Housing Society to install a 5G tower. It seems the tower will have Jio infrastructure, but it is unclear if Jio will own and operate it.
The location of the building is in a rural / semi-urban area, which is a District headquarters.
The people who approached seemed to be very vague. However, they have another tower operational atop a nearby building (for BSNL). Hence, they are legitimate.
Please help to get the best possible deal for the Co-op Housing Society. And advise if it is even worth installing a 5G tower (health risks).
PS: The tower people seemed eager to close the agreement, presumably to minimize discussion and avoid negotiations.
