707GR1 ONT - FXS is turned off and landline is no longer working

I have 707GR1 ONT setup in bridge mode with a router. The FXS used to be always green and able to test the connection with local LCO during installation. It's now turned off completely and the landline (under VOIP settings) is marked as "Not Registered".

I reset the router to factory defaults several times, but the result is the same. I called Airtel support and opened a service request and am waiting for resolution.

I see that another user has a similar problem but in his case, it's always turned on.

Any thoughts?

I just want to update the thread...

I have reached out to Airtel backend engineering team and able to resolve this by pushing a new config and it worked.
