899 Combo plan with 3GB limit and free calls

I am on the plan 899 Combo -- 3 g.b. limit. I heard that this is supposed to be a 2mbps plan , but unfortunately i am getting a speed of just around what i used to get in the 256 kbps plan in the night (night double i.e. 50 kbps download speed).. Is this situation normal or should i complain to Airtel??

Better opt for 4 Gb plan for 799 with 50 free calls
