I think you missed the important paras. They have a responsibility to keep this info confidential. The moot point now is 1) Will anyone be held responsible? 2) Will systems improve after this?
Most likely 'No' will be the right answer for both questions. And that is sad. It seems our data leaks from those who have a responsibility to keep it secure. So much for Digital India.
