MUMBAI: INX Media's Hindi general entertainment channel, 9X, which has been showing re-runs for the last few months, will now be available on Prasar Bharati's DD Direct Plus platform.The channel will be made available to seven million DD Direct Plus subscribers from 12 February, 2009.9X is now available on all of India's DTH platforms - DD Direct Plus, Dishtv, Tata Sky, Big TV, Sun TV Direct and Airtel Digital TV.Prasar Bharati CEO B S Lalli said, "DD Direct is the nation's biggest DTH platform by far, and it is our constant endeavour to bring all our viewers the best channels across all genres. We are delighted to welcome 9X to DD Direct." INX Media founder and CEO Indrani Mukerjea said, "I am delighted that our Hindi GEC 9X will now also be available on the nation's largest DTH platform - DD Direct. This will enhance the channel's reach significantly and will connect us to many more households overnight across the country."
)As I mentioned in other post that 9X is available on FTA platform in UK, there was chance for it to be available on DDD+ too.
