got a call from bookadda. here is what i was told... the book i ordered was out of stock. but they got one copy for me on priority basis. the book they got was an expensive edition. it is also a revised edition of the book. it is priced slightly higher at around Rs. 190. but i am not supposed to pay this price. i would pay the original price. book would be issued from their center today. should reach me by tomorrow or day after. the guy who called me up was probably a senior guy. did not sound like a customer care chap. i am getting a feeling again that this is twitter effect in process.

good deal.getting a 190rs book for 123rs.
heh. the problem was that the message was delivered in a way that they were doing it as a favor (well almost!). it was emphasized that the copy i would be getting is the revised updated edition. i had ordered the older one. did not like this. i had rather pay 190 bucks!
