NEW DELHI: Broadcasters will have to make their channels available on an a la carte basis to multi-system operators (MSOs) from 1 December.

That's good decision by TDSAT or if they had put stay & case was raised then god knows when the case would have been solved
 
ya from DEC 1, this rule is also applied to DTH operators. i.e. dth oprtrs can pick the channels of broadcasters on pick and choose basis.
 
it will be nice if they pass the benefits to the customers. But I doubt it.
