Writing to TOI sounds like a good.
Emails make the MTNL babus take notice of more issues than complaining on 1500.
Writing to "[email protected]" with EDITOR MUMBAI in the subject line looks to be our best bet to get 2MBPS on the one plan that actually can use the extra bandwidth,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I just wrote to them,who's next?
Most customers of MTNL are after all pi**ed off at the customer care they get on their landlines,cell phones and Triband.
