A peculiar problem

Facing a peculiar pproblem now..
When i first power on the DSL-502T modem, both the 'Status' and the 'ADSL' lights go off after blinking for 4-5 seconds.

After putting on the modem again, this time only the ADSL light goes off.

On the 4th or 5th attempt of switching on modem, i am finally able to connect net, and then it works fine..

This pattern is repeating regularly. Any answers why this may be happening? Problem potentially with router or line?

that has happend to me once and thats happening because your modem is not getting enough amount of frequency in order to connect you to internet. it may be due to following reason.1. You have parrallel lines connecting phones which is taking all the frequency.2. Damaged wires along route. That is the only 2 reason other then broken modem which is not quite possible since ur lights are working. You should contact your ISP provider only they can help you. Good Luck If you are using MTNL diel 1504 and ask them to give u thier complaint number other wise they will not work. Good Luck :thumbsup:Oh ya and 1 more thing you can do is reset your modem and settings but make sure you write down previous settings. :thumbsup:
