Is in bsnl 500 C plan 1.5 GB free for downloading and 1.5GB free for uploading separately .I mean in total there is 3 GB free inclusive downloading and uploading or I have to manage uploading and downloading in 1.5 GB only.This doubt arises as when i check my usage on bbservice ,under net chargeable charges it shows the sum of download and upload. Thank you.
