Jio numbers are visible in my jio app iirc?

I have linked both numbers so they appear by default.

Does it have feature to check other numbers on same aadhar?

nope. it only shows jio numbers active on your adhaar number.

oh. I was thinking he wants to know numbers of other operators taken on same adhaar would show up on myjio app.

Yes I want all numbers (any operator). Ofcourse JIO will show only JIO numbers.

But does any other operator have such facility of checking numbers registered by providing aadhar number

Did edu dept leak Aadhaar data to political parties?

The FSM, which claims to represent about 1,500 schools, has based its allegations on reports of calls received by teachers seeking their opinion about the current government. SC Kedia, convener of FSM, said, “How did contacts of teachers and parents reach these political parties? We believe that it was leaked by the education department as the data is collected mandatorily through their web portal SARAL.”

Reacting to Tawde’s demand for proof, Kedia said the education minister must not avoid the real issue. “The state government must tell us what safeguards they have for our sensitive data. Which type of servers are storing our details, are they vulnerable to attacks and who are the people with access to the entire list. These questions must first be answered because our privacy is at risk,” said Kedia.

‘Aadhaar could be used in totally unacceptable ways’

The Aadhaar scheme, by which the government assigns citizens of India a 12-digit unique identity number, could be abused in totally unacceptable ways and should have safeguards, Noam Chomsky, the acclaimed American linguist and philosopher said in an interview to Swagat Baruah, a Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) student and editor of the varsity’s Catharsis magazine, a journal of political theory and philosophy.

Chomsky then elaborated on the idea of social security and identification systems like the one in the US, and said, “Then comes the question of how it is used. Whether in an abusive way to control people or if it is used to facilitate people’s everyday lives, to improve things they can do, to make things easier for them and more convenient and so on. So those are the two questions that have to be raised. In the case of the Indian system, which I have not investigated, but by what you describe, it seems abusive in both respects, both in how it was instituted and how it is used.”
