i don't get it, what is it used for?
it would probably search for pdfs containing keywords in aadhaar card and i guess save links in a text file.
it's basically a web crawler cum site scraper. it fetches search results from various engines and creates a text file that you can then manually go through to see publicly listed aadhaar cards.

if you have a jio number with aadhar connected then its already leaked.
But UIDAI won't agree because according to them your biometric is safe so your aadhar is safe.

would have been cool if it was already online so that it could have been demonstrated in court that a lot of data is already in public space.
surprisingly, the domain has not been blocked already. from what i read on twitter, indian government blocked access to the website of Cambridge Analytica sometime this week because their website listed BJP as one of their clients who used their services for both 2014 general and many state elections. congress is also mentioned along with some regional parties.

if it had a working database online, it could have helped the hearing massively. but data would be lost 
would still be great when and if it gets online. hearings are still going on and i am going to imagine that petitioners would probably get a chance to counter government's claims and maybe add more information to the mix.
